I couldn’t sleep last night so I started coming up with this story then I wrote it down on paper then I typed it all just now:
Ichi wanted some change. He got on the longest train he could find. He was feeling sad and feeling happy. He went all the way to Germany. He didn’t like it there. He came back. He came back to find a giant man living in his house. More accurately, it was more like he was wearing the house as a hat.
“Hey! Why are you in my house? Shoo!”
“You weren’t wearing it when I found it!” replied the large giant. To call a giant gigantic would be ridiculous, but the giant often refered to himself as such in private.
“Well I’m back and I want to use it now.”
“It’s much too big for you though. Perhaps you should get a smaller one.”
“I live in it, though, really.”
“OH. SWEET PUNCH! Why don’t you live in it while I wear it? The world will be great!”
So that’s what they did. By the time Ichi realised how much harder it is to have breakfast in a moving house, they were somewhere in the mountains.
“Why are we in the mountains, giant?”
“Do you like to hike? This is great!”
“Crazy!! I want to be back on land level!”
“You mean you don’t like the mountains?”
“Nope! I don’t even love them either!”
An unbearable sadness arose in the giant. Imagine your own sadness, then multiply it by the amount of times bigger a giant is. Finally the giant spoke.
“Actually, I live here in the mountains. I feel outcasted from the world.”
“Hey… me too!”
Ichi felt sympathy with the giant that made him not even care that they were on a big mountain. They traveled to the giant’s mountain house to eat giant mountain breakfast. It was kind of hard for normal-sized Ichi. After sharing a wonderful meal, Ichi soon felt a longing for his home on land and normal sized food that didn’t shake. He also wanted his house to not be on a head.
“I must return home. Keeping my house when I get there would also be nice.”
“I much appreciate your company, but I shall take you home. We will eat breakfast together again. The end.”
